Sand maker structure
HX sand maker is made up of feed hopper, distributor, impeller, spindle, base, turbines and electric device.
1, feed hopper: it is the entrance of material into the crushing chamber.
2, distributor: the materials in the crushing chamber will be divided into two parts by this device; one part will enter into the high-speed rotating impeller from the gap of distributor.
3, impeller: the material will be crushed by impeller; the acceleration will be several hundred times. Material will be casted at the speed of 60-70 m/s from three uniform runners, then impact with each other, and then strike the lining in the vortex chamber.
