Crushing methods of the Mining stone crusher 

A.Crushing. It takes advantage of the extrusion pressure produced by the two approaching crushing working sides to crush the materials. Jaw crusher, roll crusher and cone crusher mainly adopt this crushing method. 

B.Splitting. It uses the split force of the tine into the materials, the partial crushing will occur because of the concentration of the force. This adopts to brittle materials’ crushing. 

C.Breaking. Materials between the crushing working faces are as if a two-fulcrum beam (or multi-fulcrum beam) bear the concentrated load, thus there will get the tortuous face of the materials fractured. 

The crushing and grinding mechanism adopted in ore dressing usually combine the above crushing methods at the same time.
