3. Working principle of the coal concentrator
The high efficiency concentrator is not only a type of pure sedimentation equipment, but also a new type of dewatering equipment with the characteristic of mud settling filter.
The high efficiency coal concentrator is mainly composed of the circular concentration tank and the rake scraping machine. The pulp particles hang in the concentration tank and gradually subside under the gravity action. So the upper part of the concentration tank turns into pure water,and makes the solid and the liquid separate. And the mud which deposits on the bottom of the concentration tank will continuously scrape set to the throat in the center of the concentration tank bottom by the rake scraping machine. The clarified water will slop over along the top edge of the concentration tank.
