Pneumatic flotation separator
The pneumatic flotation separator is made by the principle of flotation column which combines the advantages of both flotation separator and the flotation column and can effectively overcome the shortcomings of both.
This flotation cell is characterized by the simple structure, easy maintenance, the minimum amount of reagent, long service life of the wearing parts and high recovery rates which can reduce the energy consumption more than 80% and make full use of gas. The pneumatic flotation separator can greatly reduce the flotation process stage and the equipment and infrastructure invest to a maximum extent.
Pneumatic flotation separator: First, the structure is simple without mechanical stirrer or transmission components. Second, the pneumatic feature: the pneumatic flotation separator is aerated by the aerator and the size of the bubble is adjusted by the structure of the aerator. Third, countercurrent mixing is the feature of the mixing bubble with slurry. Use: the process is composed simple and the grade is relatively high, which is easy for coarse and scavenging selection to select the ore. In addition, the structure of the flotation column is easy with small footprint, easy maintenance, easy operation and power saving.

Features of XJM series flotation separator
First, the series flotation separator is designed with mechanical stirring, novel and unique slurry feeding way. The flow pattern of the slurry is reasonable and the processing capacity is excellent.
