3. Working principle of the belt conveyor

The belt conveyor mainly consists of the frame, conveyor belt, belt roller, tensioning device, transmissions and other components. The body is connected with high quality steel. Because of the height difference between the front legs and the rear legs, the frame is formed with inclined plane. The rack is equipped with the belt roller, carrier roller and other components to be used to drive and support the conveyor roller. The main driving modes of the belt conveyor are gear motor driving mode and electric drum driving mode.

Notes: This belt conveyor can be used at the ambient temperature range of -20℃ to +40℃, and the temperature of the transporting materials should be less than 50℃.
