The automatic pressure switch mostly uses mechanical structure with spring compression and energy release to actuate contact. Maybe the inherent problems of the automatic pressure switch like the improper regulation or the vibration cause the damage.

You should select appropriate model of the bearing of the rotor. The roller bearings of double-row centripetal spherical surface has the advantages of high bearing capacity and good aligning performance.You should select this kind of bearing as the rotor bearing. In addition, you'd better choose the bearing with design life of 5000-10000h.
