Working Theory of Spiral Classifier
The Spiral Classifier depends on different deposition speed of solid particle due to their size difference and weight difference. Thin mineral particle can float in the water and flow out, while the coarse mineral particle will deposit into the bottom of the cell, which is pushed up by screw and discharged. Classifier is a kind of mechanical classifying equipment. Classifier can filtrate the powdery materials grinded by ball mill, transport the coarse materials into inlet with screw, and discharge the filtrated fine materials through overflow pipe.
Operating Principle of Air Classifiers
The airflow of Air Classifiers conveys the material from below between the external and internal envelope and subsequently reaches the upper part of the separator. The air passes through the blades of Screw Classifiers, which are regulated from the outside of the separator assume a rotary motion and entering the central cone.
